You can join the Community Advocacy Coalition for the annual Notebook Meeting, where groups share issues of importance and legislative priorities for the 2024 state legislative session.
The “notebook” is a data and resource tool you can use to advocate for better services and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Community Advocacy Coalition is made up of more than 53 member organizations with missions related to supporting people with developmental disabilities to live, work, love, play, feel welcomed, and belong in the community. The CAC works collectively to promote dignity and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to ensure people and the families/caregivers supporting them have what they need for a future that is secure and a fully inclusive life.
