As of this March, we have spent an entire year of our life going on socially distanced walks, zoom calls and staying at home. These are large changes in the lives of most people and sometimes that can be tough to deal with. We have had the stresses of day to day life, too. Over the past year we have been stressed about our safety and the safety of our friends and family. That being said, here are 5 things you can do help you feel better.
1. Reach out and talk to friends and family about how you are feeling. Don’t forget to check in on them too!
2. Go on a walk.
3. Take a break.
4. Read a book.
5. Create a schedule and stick with it.
Especially with everything that has happened in the past year, it can be hard to remember to take time for yourself. So, please remember to find activities you enjoy and ways to stay connected to your friends and family.
